PerCrowd 2020: 3rd International Workshop on Context-Awareness for Multi-Device Pervasive and Mobile Computing - Welcome and Committees

Multi-device computing is an emerging research area that is potentiated by the large diversity of devices that proliferate every aspect of our daily lives. The impact of multi-device computing has also found many applications in everyday settings, for which they were not initially conceived, such as continuous multi-device experience for users, formation of collaborative multi-device infrastructure, multi-device remote control systems and multi-device autonomous interactions, among others.

The goal of PerCrowd 2020 is to explore the impact of multi-device context in self-organizing and opportunistic computing. More in detail, the goal of this workshop is to explore the use and effect of contexts on multi-device environments to facilitate communication and cooperation among multiple devices. In this third year, PerCrowd includes 4 papers and 1 keynote on topics of multi-device sensing, computing and interactions. Papers to be presented in the workshop have been rigorously reviewed and carefully selected based on their relevance, technical depth and novelty by an international technical programme committee. We are very grateful to the technical programme committee for their hard work, and we would also like to thank all the authors for choosing PerCrowd as an avenue to present their work.

Welcome to PerCrowd 2020!

We hope you'll enjoy the workshop.
