Presentation Guidlines
Oral Presentations
Oral sessions will be 20 minutes long. This includes time for questions and speaker changeover so you should aim for a presentation time of around 16-17 minutes.
A laptop running Windows and a current version of PowerPoint will be available should you wish to use it.
Poster Presentations
Each poster will have a display area sufficient to display an A0 poster in either landscape or portrait.
Each day will have a dedicated poster session when it is expected that you will be available to explain your poster and answer questions.
Self adhesive hook velcro will be available for mounting your poster.
