Authors were required to submit FULL papers of up to 6 pages in length for peer review by an international technical committee. Each paper was reviewed by up to 4 members of the committee and acceptance of the paper was based on their evaluation of scholarly merit. Reviewers' comments were then returned to the authors so that accepted papers could be revised before final submission.

The committee believes that all papers accepted for this conference meet the requirements of the Australian Federal Government DEST Category E1 conference publication.
